We will organise four visits to different apartments on the day that you chose. ( there could be more visits if there were enough offers and the timing was right)
On the fixed day, we will meet you at your hotel and we will spend the day with you visiting apartments.
Once you have chosen an apartment, we will assist you to sign the lease.
We will be there with you as well, the day of the inventory to assure a smooth communication between you and the owner or the agency and clarify any doubts that you might have.
We will give you two offers for the home insurance.

• IMT sends you via Internet photographs and detailed descriptions of the most suitable lodging places. Once you arrive here, IMT escorts you to see all the residences in question, for you to choose the one you prefer.
• After you have chosen the place of residence, IMT will negotiate the terms of the contract. IMT will also be present with you to control the inventory and the present state of the lodging, the signing of the contract, and clarify any possible misunderstanings.
• IMT will open a bank account for you and will help you to settle in (connect electrical power, telephone, television, Internet ; contract insurances).
• IMT puts at your disposal a directory of helpful addresses and necessary informations for the expatriate and his family (physicians, lawyers, educational institutes, decorators, other professionals ;sports, cultural and entertaining activities for all the family).
• IMT stays at your disposal for a whole year after your arrival, to assist you and your family with any needs or inquiries you might have.
